Workout Details
Many people may be interested in working the booty to get a particular physic, but may not know exactly what the right exercises are, or how to perform them properly. Christine walks us through a wonderful glute circuit in this session.
- Single Leg Deadlift
- 2-5 rounds 8-15 reps, varies by level of ability and goal
- Step Weighted Reverse Lunge
- 2-5 rounds 8-15 reps, varies by level of ability and goal
- Weighted High Step Ups
- 2-5 rounds 8-15 reps, varies by level of ability and goal
- Dumbell Hip Thrust
- 2-5 rounds 8-15 reps, varies by level of ability and goal
