Foundational Barbell
Workout Details
Barbells may seem intimadating to the uninitiated gym-goer. Within this session Christine walks us through the basics of how to approach the bar, how to setup the safety mechanisms on the rack, and gives us confidence to try adding barbell movements to our workouts.
- Barbell Squat
- 2-5 rounds 8-15 reps, varies by level of ability and goal
- Barbell Bench Press
- 2-5 rounds 8-15 reps, varies by level of ability and goal
- Barbell Deadlift
- 2-5 rounds 8-15 reps, varies by level of ability and goal
- Band Assisted Pullups
- 2-5 rounds 4-8 reps, varies by level of ability and goal
