Alvin White

My name is Alvin White. I was a classroom teacher for 30 years and upon retiring, decided to pursue a certification in personal training. I attended Bridgewater College receiving a B.S. degree in Education and a Master’s Degree in Administration and Supervision from the University of Virginia. I am certified through ACSM and also hold a Functional Movement Certificate. I’ve been a trainer for nine years with experience training clients from ages 14-92, as well as male and female. I’ve worked in various gyms and also ran my own business for awhile. I specialize in Consultations, Form Corrections, and Program Planning. I live an active lifestyle and utilize my teaching skills while training. So, if you’re looking for personal training, I’d welcome the opportunity to work with you!!
