Beginner Strength
Workout Details
Within this session we will explore some excellent strength building workouts for individuals just embarking on their strength training journey. With these workouts mastered you will have a solid base off of which to build on to reach your goals.
- Squat to Bench (Legs)
- 2-5 rounds of 10-15 reps
- Dumbbell Bench Press (Chest)
- 2-5 rounds of 10-15 reps
- Walking or Stationary Lunges with Dumbbells (Legs/Traps)
- 2-5 rounds of 10-15 reps (each leg)
- Single Arm Bent Over Row from Bench (Back)
- 2-5 rounds of 10-15 reps
- Hip Hinge (Glutes/Hamstrings)
- 2-5 rounds of 10-15 reps
