Taking up a prime location right in-front of the mirror lies the Rogue AB-3 Bench. Only one
word can sum up the experience of using this bench, solid. The bench is made from heavy steel
construction, and the pad is extremely sturdy as well. This will likely be your go-to for everything
from incline/decline weights to serious abdominal exercises.
The bench as shown is fully configurable to suit the particular task at hand. Below is shown the two
configuration knobs. In order to change the configuration of the bench pull the pin toward you and
then adjust the angle of the bench or seat. When you feel you have the right angle release the pin
and make sure the pin goes all the way through the guide hole. Both the seat and back are independently
For incline abdominal work, there is an attachment in the closet next to the punching bag that you can
slide into the two inch receiver at the end of the back pad. Slide the adapter in as you pull out the
pin, highlighted below.
It is important to note that you should not put all of your weight directly on the adapter, as
you might tip the bench over.
Be sure to wipe this equipment down before and after use to keep it sanitary.
